I bought my case 6 months ago. After 2 months, I emailed retrofemme’s customer service asking for an update on my order. I still have yet to receive my case & honestly don’t think I will.

I got an email from Retrofemme that usps delivered my phone case but it was not in my mailbox. I notified Retrofemme right away. 2 days later, I get another email from Retrofemme stating, “Babe, your item was actually delivered on another date.” First off, it’s very unprofessional to call your customers “Babe”. Secondly, I still never got the case I purchased and I never heard back from Retrofemme, even after I said I never got it the second time, again. Needless to say, you have lost a customer. I might like your cases but the customer experience on this last transaction was lackluster.
